Taping machine

In this process tapes are applied to a cable or to a set of stranded cables. Tapes can be plastic, paper, metallic (copper, tinned copper, aluminum foil), semi conductive or moisture barriers.
Tapes can be applied longitudinally or helically; in both cases the overlap percentage to be applied must be specified (how much of a tape will cover the other when applied).
