Double Extrusion

This process is based on the single extrusion process. This process uses two extruders for applying two plastic layers (insulation and sheathing) simultaneously.
This process is employed for manufacturing cables such as CENTELFLEX, TTU and THHN/THWN-2; which have insulation and sheath.
